You can choose from a range of stunning indoor and outdoor locations, including historic ballrooms, scenic lawns with panoramic mountain views, garden spaces, and intimate pond setting. Indoor spaces accommodate up to ~180 guests, while outdoor venues can host up to ~300 guests.

Do you offer wedding packages or seasonal pricing?
Yes. The Equinox Resort offers a variety of wedding packages, including options for intimate ceremonies, full celebration experiences, and seasonal winter wedding savings with discounts on facility fees and catering during November–April and other pre-selected dates.

Can you accommodate guests overnight or for a multi-day wedding weekend?
Absolutely. The resort has 185 guest rooms and suites on site, including luxury lodging options like the Meadow House. This makes it easy to host your wedding guests for a full destination wedding weekend.

What is the capacity and weather contingency for outdoor weddings?
Capacity varies by venue and layout. For all outdoor weddings, an indoor weather-backup space is always reserved. On the main resort grounds, this is an adjacent indoor venue. For off-campus locations such as the Pond Patio or 1811 Lawn, the Pond Pavilion or Meadow Tent is reserved as the ceremony and cocktail backup. Our team monitors weather closely and confirms plans with each couple in advance to ensure a smooth transition if needed. Additional tenting may also be arranged through local event partners if desired.
