Reservation Cancellation Confirmation

We received your request to cancel your reservation at The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa.

We’re sorry you are not able to stay with us at this time. If we can assist you with reserving alternate dates for your visit, please contact reservations at 855-501-0029.

Please carefully review our cancellation policies below as cancellation fees vary based on Reservation Category.

RESORT CANCELLATION POLICY

Resort Reservations Include:
- Equinox Resort
- Orvis Inn
- Vacation Homes
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of booking.
A deposit is required at the time of booking equal to the first night’s room and tax.
Equinox Resort & Orvis Inn cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one-night room charge.
Equinox Resort & Orvis Inn cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee equal to one night’s room and tax.
Vacation Home cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (February - May and November - December 25) or 7 days (June - October and Holidy Weeks) prior to arrival date to avoid forfeiture of deposit plus tax.

VACATION RESORT HOME RENTALS CANCELLATION POLICY

STAY DATES: FEBRUARY 14-28, JUNE-OCTOBER, DECEMBER 24 - JANUARY 1
- 50% Deposit is due at the time of Booking.
- If cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival, initial deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the Deposit plus tax.
- Tax charge is 10% and there is a $44 resort fee per night.
STAY DATES: JANUARY 2-FEBRUARY 13, MARCH-MAY, NOVEMBER 1-DECEMBER 23
- 50% Deposit is due at the time of Booking.
- If cancelled more than 14 days prior to arrival, initial deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the Deposit plus tax.
- Tax charge is 10% and there is a $44 resort fee per night.
Vacation Home Rentals Include
- Meadow House
- Dormy House
- Townhomes
- This reservation requires full pre-payment and is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.
- We will charge the full amount of the reservation to the credit card you used to make this reservation shortly after the reservation is made.
- A separate cancellation policy applies for all call-in group cancellations.
- Please contact your group coordinator for details on the specific policy.
