John Lyons

John Lyons began teaching private guitar lessons over thirty years ago in Rutland, Vermont. He is a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy and attended Berklee College of Music. He also studied jazz guitar with studio great Barry Joseph Galbraith, head of the music department at Bennington College. ​While starting his teaching career at Ezra Sound company in Rutland, John also played in a jazz group locally as well as a rock band "The Worx" in South Jersey.
