CURRENT RESORT SERVICES UPDATES

PARKING - Self Parking is available as valet parking is suspended for safety reasons

MORNING COFFEE- Complimentary Morning To-Go Coffee is available in Marsh Tavern for overnight guests.

DINING -MARSH TAVERN IS OPEN -INDOOR & OUTDOOR DINING & TAKE-OUT 

  • Breakfast is served daily 7:00 - 11:00am  

  • All Day Dining offered daily from 12:00 - 10:00pm (Advanced Reservations are Required)

  • Please note: Hours may change due to business levels.

  • Please Reserve Your Table Online

  • Sandwiches, snacks, beer & non-alchoholic beverages available for purchase from the Golf Pro Shop.

  • Chop House, Dormy Grill & Falcon Bar remain closed at this time.

SPA, TENNIS & FITNESS CENTER UPDATES

Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day.

  • Hot tub, Steam Room & Sauna will remain closed due to state mandates.

Pool is open from 8am – 8pm.  7 days a week.   Reservations are required.

  • There will be a limit to the number of people permitted in the pool with a 5 person limit per single reservation.

  • Reservations will be granted each hour on the hour with last reservation aken at 7pm. 

  • Pool usage will be in 45 minute time increments. 

  • Locker room facilities are not currently available. 

  • Please call Fitness Center direct at (802) 362-7881 to make a reservation. 

Tennis – Courts are open from 8am – 8pm.  7 days a week.  Reservations are required.

  • There will be a limit to the number of people permitted on the tennis courts -Singles play only.  Reservations will be granted each hour on the half hour with last reservation at 6:30pm. 

  • There are no Equipment Rentals at this time. 

  • Court usage will be in 60-minute time increments.

  • Please call Fitness Center direct at (802) 362-7881 to make a reservation.

Fitness Classes –  Reservations are required 2 Hours prior to the start of class.

  • There will be a limit to the number of people permitted in each class. 

  • Weather permitting, all classes will be attempted outside.

GOLF

The health and safety of our staff and guests is our most important business priority and we've adapted a variety of our operating procedures to comply with guidelines and recommendations from the Vermont Golf Association, State of Vermont and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 

  • Reservations/Tee-Times Required -  Walk-on players will not be accepted.

  • Hours of Operation: Monday – Thursday: 9 am – 5 pm & Weekends:  8 am – 5 pm

  • Reservations may be made up to seven (7) days in advance.

  • Pro Shop will be available with a maximum of 2 guests at a time to allow for proper distancing. 

  • Sandwiches, snacks, beer & non-alchoholic beverages available for guests to purchase from the Golf Pro Shop.

No Quarantine Required 

  • I am a critical worker as defined by the State of Vermont; OR
  • I have not left the state of Vermont for any reason except essential travel in the past 14 days; OR
  • I have been in a county in CT; MA; MD; ME; NH; NJ; NY; OH; PA; RI; VA; Washington, D.C.; or WV with fewer than 400 active COVID-19 cases per million, as set forth on the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development’s website*, and I did not travel to Vermont by air or bus;

The Hotel also can accept Reservations from Travelers from a higher-risk area if they complete a quarantine before arriving at The Hotel. 

Quarantine Required 

  • I have traveled to Vermont from another state, and I traveled directly from my home in my personal vehicle, and I have completed a 14-day self-quarantine (or a 7-day self-quarantine followed by a negative test result) in that state; OR
  • I have traveled to Vermont from another state, and I will complete a 14-day self-quarantine (or a 7-day self-quarantine followed by a negative test result) in Vermont at a lodging establishment or residence, and I acknowledge that I must stay in my quarantine location for the duration of the quarantine.

Certification of Requirements 

All guests will be asked to affirm the follow statement digitally on the day of arrival pre-registration form. Certiicate of Compliance

  • I certify that I have reviewed the State of Vermont out-of-state traveler guidelines and travel map and comply with current health and safety requirements for traveling to, from, and within the State of Vermont.
  • I further certify that I understand all travelers should stay home if ill (with any symptoms); maintain physical distance of at least 6’ from anyone outside their household; wear a cloth mask when in public spaces; and wash or sanitize hands often.
  • I certify that I have traveled to Vermont from another state, and I traveled directly from my home in my personal vehicle, and I have completed a 14-day self-quarantine (or a 7-day self-quarantine followed by a negative test result) in that state; 

OR Meet the No Quarantine Needed requirements:

  • I am a resident of the state of Vermont OR 
  • I have not left the state of Vermont for any reason except essential travel in the past 14 days OR d. I am traveling from a county with fewer than 400 active COVID-19 cases per million, as set forth on the Vermont Agency of Commerce and Community Development’s website (https://accd.vermont.gov/covid-19/restart/cross-state-travel), and I did not travel to Vermont by air or bus,I am a critical worker as defined by the State of Vermont.
  • I also certify that I have not had close contact within the past 14 days with a person confirmed to have COVID-19.
  • I also certify that I do not currently, and have not had in the past 24 hours, any of the following symptoms: • A fever above 100.4° F / 38° C, or felt feverish; • Chills; • Muscle pain; • Sore throat; • Headache; • New loss of taste or smell.
  • I also certify that all persons in my care who are under the age of 18 or who are dependent on my care meet the criteria described in items 1–3 above. Please provide a list of the names of all such persons in your care.

FACE MASKS REQUIRED INSIDE ALL PUBLIC BUILDINGS & AREAS

The town of Manchester requires both staff and customers to "wear cloth face coverings or face shields over their nose and mouth while inside the building of all establishments located in the Town of Manchester and Village of Manchester that invite the public into their premises for the purpose of transacting business."
