Guests at the Equinox are invited to try one of the world's oldest sports in the beautiful setting of Hildene Meadows and enhance their appreciation of these magnificent birds.
In this hands-on introduction to the art of falconry, you are taught to handle and fly a Harris hawk and free fly the hawks on The Equinox’s scenic trails. The hawks follow from tree to tree returning to the gloved fist for rewards of meat.
