How far is The Equinox from the nearest airport?: The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa is located approximately 55 miles east of Albany International Airport. Travel time varies by time of day, ranging from 70 minutes during light traffic to 90 minutes during peak rush-hour traffic.
Do you provide a shuttle from the airport?: The Equinox does not have an airport shuttle but we are happy to provide you with available transportation options. For recommendations, please contact our Concierge at 802-362-4700.
Will I be charged for parking?: Complimentary valet parking and self-parking are available daily.
Do you have any retail stores or other shopping options at the resort?: The Equinox offers an on-site Sundry and Gift Shop. Other specialty retail offerings are available at The Spa at Equinox and The Golf Club at Equinox Pro Shop.
Are dogs and other pets allowed?: Pets are always welcome at The Equinox. We charge a one-time Pet Service Fee and there are certain restrictions. Guide dogs and other assistance dogs are allowed at no fee. Please call 802-362-4700 to inform us in advance of any pet staying with you, or to hear pet restrictions.
Will I be charged to use the business center?: The self-serve business center is complimentary to all guests of The Equinox.
Do you offer wireless Internet access?: All guest rooms and public areas have free wireless Internet access. Most meeting facilities also offer wireless Internet access for a daily fee.
Are babysitting services available?: The Equinox does not offer babysitting services, but we are happy to help you locate a local service. For recommendations, please contact our Concierge at 802-362-4700.
Do you have honeymoon suites?: The Equinox offers a variety of suite options to fit your needs. Please contact our reservation specialists at 1-877-854-7625 to request rates and availability for your preferred dates.
Is it necessary to book activities, spa treatments and dining before I arrive?: Advance reservations are highly recommended for all resort and area activities, including spa and dining. Requests are handled on a first come, first serve basis. Please contact our Concierge at 802-362-4700 to make reservations or get more information.
